Yes! We have a 30-day return policy. If you’re not satisfied with your order, contact us at support@nymiro.com within 30 days of receiving it and we’ll help you start the return process.
5. What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
If your item is damaged or not working as expected, please email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund right away.
